According to Belgian media, the teenager, who left Syria in 2014, wants to avenge the death of his brother, killed in the assault of Saint-Denis. Without his Facebook picture identified, he is considered the little brother of Abelhamid Abaaoud, the alleged organizer of the attacks of November 13, killed during the assault in Saint-Denis.

According to the Flemish newspaper Laatste Nieuws, the young Younis, dubbed "the youngest foreign jihadists" would "avenge his brother" soon. This newspaper published Wednesday after a photo has been published on Facebook by a support of Daech. On the visible message on the social network, we read: "Abu Omar al-Soussi (Abdelhamid Abaaoud war name). Died a martyr, but his brother is still alive we’re coming for you, worshipers of the cross ". Kidnapped by his brother Younis would have joined the ranks of the Islamic state at the beginning of 2014. He is now known by the name of Abu Mansour. In January, another Belgian newspaper had made revelations on this teenager. Like his brother, he would have grown up in the neighbourhood of Molenbeek, Brussels.
