Terrorism-the Netherlands
Two Dutch Youtubers have read to passers, violent or sexist passages of the Bible and made them believe they were hearing extracts from the Koran. They filmed their reactions. Experience is revealing. Through a video, Harland and Sasha Alexander Spoor, two Dutch Youtubers, wanted to highlight the prejudices that exist about Islam. They have a Bible hidden under the cover of a Koran and asked passers to read some passages, carefully selected from the most violent or sexist. Among these extracts, "If a

man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death" (Leviticus 8:13 p.m.). "If you do not listen to me and do not put all these commandments into practice (...) you shall eat the flesh of your son, you shall eat the flesh of your daughters" (Leviticus 26: 33-35). Or "I do not permit a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man" (1 Timothy 2:12).

Sasha Alexander Spoor Harland and then ask them what they think. "How can you believe that? It's amazing." Passers look all shocked. Both Youtubers then ask them “What are the biggest differences between the Bible and the Koran?”
"Hearing this, I would say that the Koran is more aggressive," replied one of them. "The biggest difference is what we just have heard, the place of women," said another. "The Bible is much softer and is more in favour of peace", a third instalment.
The exchange then takes an interesting twist when
Harland and Sasha Alexander Spoor finally reveal their trickery. Passers are obviously surprised. Some blame the media, but others recognize their mistake or ignorance of the Bible. "I try not to have prejudices, but apparently I have".
