Winchester
1.Christmas Market + Ice Rink:
If you’re a German you probably miss the atmosphere of a typical Christmas market. Hopefully, there is one in Winchester which is inspired by traditional German Christmas markets. It takes place at the moment from the 19th of November to the 22nd of December. It is recognised as one of the best Christmas Market in Europe, where hand-made gifts, decorations and festive foods can be found and is located behind the Winchester Cathedral. The atmosphere there is magic due to the considerable number of wooden chalets and the big ice rink which stands right in the middle of the market.

2.The Great Hall:
The Great Hall contains probably the greatest symbol of medieval mythology: King Arthur's Round Table! The visit is free and you can even have the possibility of wearing costumes such as a hemet for examble: this is the ideal to take funny pictures with your family or friends.
